Apple Crumble

Apple Crumble

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8 peeled and diced apples
  • cinnamon
  • ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup slithered almonds
  • 125g butter

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 180C.
    2. Soak apple pieces and bring to boil on stove then drain once softened.
    3. Sprinkle cinnamon, cloves and brown sugar and toss through apples. 
    4. Transfer to oiled baking dish.
    5. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
    6. Melt butter and add to dry ingredients.
    7. Pour crumble on top of baked apples then bake in oven for 20-30
      minutes.
